If arriving by air from Linate or Malpensa the easiest solution is to take one of the frequent shuttle buses or trains that arrive directly to the main railway station, Milano Centrale, then a short taxi ride. Alternatively you can take a taxi from the airports although Malpensa and Orio al Serio are located quite far from the centre.
